West Ham are not considering sacking Manuel Pellegrini and are confident the Chilean is the man to turn around their Premier League fortunes. A club source has told Sky Sports News that parting company with the 64-year old former Man City coach is not under consideration and behind the scenes the board believe he needs time to let his new recruits bed in.
