West Ham will allow youngsters Recce Oxford and Domingos Quina to leave on loan this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Both players are highly valued at the London club, and the club want them to continue their development at the clubs where they can get regular playing time next season.
Oxford managed only five appearances during his loan spell with Reading this season while Quina managed only two Europa League appearances for the Hammers.
