Nsoatreman FC coach Maxwell Konadu has admitted his outfit has been struggling in their recent home games in the Ghana Premier League.
The Nsoatre-based club has been inconsistent in their last three home games, losing one, drawing one and winning one.
With 35 points from 25 matches, the Nsoatre-based club find themselves in the fifth position of the Ghana Premier League standings.
On Thursday, the former Ghana assistant coaches exhibited his tactical prowess to help Nsoatreman FC defeat Asante Kotoko 2-1 at the Baba Yara Stadium in week 25 of the Ghanaian top-flight.
The visitors shot into the lead after midfielder Abdul Manaf Umar netted the opening goal for Nsoatreman in the 23rd minute from close range.
However, they managed to claw their way back into the game just before halftime, courtesy of a strike from midfielder Shadrack Addo, assisted by Enock Morrison.
Nsoatreman sealed their victory in stoppage time with a decisive goal from Mohammed Abdul Rahman.
Konadu’s outfit will play host to Great Olympics in matchday 26 of the Ghana Premier League.
And speaking ahead of the game, the former Kotoko gaffer admitted his side has been struggling with their home games.
“It’s becoming difficult at home. Teams come and keep their shape very well but like I said, we don’t play defensive game, we play attacking football so let see what happens when we take on Great Olympics”
“When they are able to defend well, we will see how to unlock their defense but truth be told, we’ve been struggling at home” he told StarTimes.
