World Cup 2022: South Korea lacked concentration in final minutes - Park Ji-sung

Former Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung is not happy with South Korea's concentration levels during the final minutes of their defeat to Ghana on Monday.

The game at the Education City Stadium ended 3-2 after Ghana's 2-0 lead in the first half.

South Korea started out with a 4-2-3-1 formation. Seung-gyu Kim, Jin-soo Kim, Min-jae Kim, Jeong-hwan Kim, Jung-young Jung-young (, Hwang In-beom, Sonheung-min, Jung-young ) Freiburg(, Kwon Chang-hoon, and Joggyu-gyu-sung.

Ghana chose a 4-3-3 formation. Lawrence Ati Zigi, Gideon Mensah, Mohammed Salisu, Daniel Amartey, Tariq Lamptey, Salis Abdul Samed, Mohammed Kudus, Thomas Partey, Jordan Ayew, Inaki Williams, and Andre Ayew.

In the second half, South Korea's pressure paid off, and scored from a cross.  Three minutes later, Kim Jin-soo's cross succeeded found his teammate, and made it 2-2.

Ghana took the lead again, the cross came up from the left side, and Mohammed Kudu finished with a left-foot shot. South Korea pressured Ghana strongly for an additional 10 minutes.

Speaking as a commentator Park Ji-sung said: "lacked concentration in the decisive scene even after a good match. So sorry,"

"The last corner kick was a good opportunity for us and we were able to try to score in a good mood, but it was mourning. I hope you send me the support until the end,"
