Ghana star, Kudus Mohammed says the team's disaster campaign at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The Black Stars have been bundled out of the ongoing tournament having finished fourth with three points.

Ghana needed a draw to make it to the next round of the tournament but suffered a 2-0 defeat against Uruguay.

However, the Ajax star believes the team's disaster will aid the team in progress.

“Almost 90% of the guys, it’s our first World Cup. I think it’s a big lesson for myself and a lot of the guys and I know this will really make us tough and help our progress and lessons ahead,” he said.

Kudus starred in Qatar, providing an assist and scoring two goals in three games, and won the Man of the Match award for his brilliant performance in Ghana’s 3-2 win over South Korea.

Ghana recorded a defeat in their opener against Portugal.

This is the second time the Black Stars have failed to progress to the next round of the tournament.
