Former Ghana under-20 star Bright Addae has backed midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman Badu to succeed in Turkey after joining Bursaspor.

Agyeman Badu joined Bursaspor on a year loan from Italian side Udinese after seven years playing in Italy.

Bright Addae who plays for Serie B side Ascoli was a teammate of Agyeman Badu at the FIFA under-20 world cup in Egypt 2009, and has been close pal with the versatile player.

Addae has strongly backed his Ghanaian teammate to succeed in Turkey despite being the first time he is moving to the country.

“Emmanuel can make it into the first team of any side and going to Turkey, I am sure he will be a huge addition to Bursurspor. He is such a hard working midfielder and his time at Turkey will help the club a lot,” Bright Addae said.

“His ability to play across different positions makes it difficult for any coach to bench him. He will make Ghana proud in Turkey when he starts playing for Bursurspor like he did whiles playing for Udinese”, he added.
