Young defender Ernest Boahene joins Norwegian top-flight side Stromsgodset

Young Ghanaian defender, Ernest Boahene has completed a move to Norwegian top-flight side Stromsgodset.

The promising defender has signed a two-year deal with the club.

The 22-year-old right-back joined the club as a free agent after being released by French Ligue 1 side, Metz last summer.

According to a report filed by Sportsworldghana.com understands that the deal was brokered by former Ghana Black Stars goalkeeper Adam Larsen Kwarasey who also featured for Stromsgodset.

Boahene was groomed at Ghanaian third-tier club Rainbow FC before moving to France in 2019 where he first joined Paris FC on loan.
