Ghana midfielder Clifford Aboagye returned from injury to play in his club side Atlas FC defeat to América in the Liga MX.
Aboagye's impressive showing was not enough for his side as they lost 1-0.
The former Inter Allies player who was playing his first game after been out for a month lasted 86 minutes on the pitch before making way for Christian Osvaldo.
He is likely to be in action when Atlas takes on Cruz Azul next weekend.
