Disappointment for Hull as Huddlestone red card appeal rejected

Published on: 21 March 2017

Hull City had appealed against Tom Huddlestone's red card in the 4-0 defeat at Everton on Saturday but that has now been rejected by the FA.

Huddlestone had been dismissed for a challenge on Toffees midfielder Idrissa Gueye.

He will now serve a three-game ban, missing Premier League games against West Ham (1 April), Middlesbrough (5 April) and Manchester City (8 April).
