Elmina Sharks sign Brazilian striker Abner Dos Santos

Ghana Premier League side Elmina Sharks have acquired the services of Brazilian striker Abner Martins Dos Santos from Maltese side Marsaxlokk.

The 27 year old will be the club’s first foreigner as they seek to finish in a comfortable position at the end of the season.

The Elmina based side have made some big changes this week leading to their game against Accra Hearts of Oak including the coming in of Coach Yaw Acheampong to replace Kwabena Amissah who has been asked to go on a two weeks leave.

The Brazilian’s move was confirmed by agents Rodrigo S Dalla Rosa and Sebastian Diericx after meeting with owner Dr. Paa Kwesi Ndoum.

“Looking forward to start my new journey in my new club and to see what the future holds for the Sharks during the @ First Capital Plus Bank Premier League and FA Cup."

Elmina Sharks are 12th on the league table and striker Abner Martins Dos Santos will be expected to help the team beat Accra Hearts of Oak whothey play on Sunday.
