Karela FC and Dreams FC have officially been declared as winners of the GN Bank Division One League Zone Two and Three respectively after the final round of matches played on Sunday.

Both clubs will advance to the Ghana Premier League next season after accumulating a record 73 points in their zones.

At the brief coronation event held after their Day 30 match against Goldstars and Mighty Jets respectively, both clubs were awarded with a trophy, a plaque and medals for all players and technical team members for topping their zones.

Karela FC will be making their first appearance in the Ghanaian top flight league whiles Dreams FC will be making a return to the Premier League after they were demoted last season.

Karela FC established in 2013 have seen a dramatic rise to the top flight of Ghana football after putting up impressive performances in zone two of the GN Bank League.

The relatively young club will join the likes of Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko in next season's Ghana  Premier League.

Meanwhile, Dreams FC's return is welcoming as they are one of the most well-organised clubs in Ghana.

The Dawu-based were demoted from the Ghana Premier League last season because of legal dispute between them and Tema Youth, following a Court of Arbitration for Sports order to re-examine the stand off between the two clubs.
