Head Coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Steve Pollack insists they are picking all three points against Accra Hearts of Oak in the Super Clash on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium.

The Poircupine Warriors will be playing their first competitive game since the horrific accident they suffered after a premier league game against Inter Allies.

The accident claimed the life of their equipment officer with many players suffering various degrees of injuries but the medical team of the club has cleared all players fit except Michael Akuffo and Olleynu Ashittey.

Steve Pollack who underwent a surgery after sustaining injuries said at the club press conference they will take all three points against the Phobians.

“My players are ready for Sunday, and we are going to take the three points” said Polack said at a media interaction session yesterday.

“First of all, every player has to be ready for every game, what matters most, is type recovery they go through, after games.”

Meanwhile, the English man is still unsure whether he is going to be on the bench but was confident with or without his presence the players will deliver.

“The doctors will decide whether I should be on the bench or not.”

Kotoko will next face WAFA after the Hearts game before clearing their FA Cup quarter final clash with lower tier side Nea Salamina.
