Malian referee Harouna Coulibaly will handle the 2017 Africa Youth Championship qualifier against Senegal on Saturday.
The 35-year-old will be assisted by compatriot Baba Yomboliba and Adama Sidiki Kone.
The two teams will be seeking to outwit each other in race for the championship in Zambia next year.
Ghana's Black Satellites dispatched Ethiopia 5-2 on aggregate in their last qualifying game.
The game kicks off at the Stade Demba Diop.
