AC Milan chief Massimiliano Mirabelli says fans have a right to "dream" after their successful summer market.
Milan made 11 signings during the transfer window.
“The fans can dream, but we mustn't create false illusions," the 48-year-old told Premium Sport.
“We'll give everything in the three competitions we're in, including the Europa League as that can take us back to the Champions League.
“The important thing is to remain patient in our squad-building. We can begin a new cycle.
“Transfer market? This club fascinate so many players as there are those who want to come here and many that are here and don't want to leave.
“We're an important team, we've reached 95 percent of the objectives we set and we'll bolster the squad even further in the coming years.
