Goalkeeper George Owu has completed his move from Hasaacas to AshantiGold.
Owu is making a return to the club after just two seasons away.
He is expected to bolster coach Akunnor's squad as they mount a strong challenge in their relegation fight.
The former Ghana number one goalie could make his debut on Sunday when AshGold take on league champions Wa All Stars.
