Wijnaldum, Henderson say Liverpool ‘unlucky’ not to beat Man City

Liverpool played out a 1-1 draw with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.

James Milner's penalty in the 51st minute was cancelled out by a Sergio Aguero finish on 69 minutes as the two sides aired the points in a pulsating contest in Manchester.

Reds star Georginio Wijnaldum, who played a full 90 minutes, and injured captain Jordan Henderson both felt that Jurgen Klopp's side were slightly unfortunate not to come away with all three points.

Good teamperformance, unlucky not get the 3 points! Thanks for the great support! pic.twitter.com/ZAb8gMJP7i
