Aduana Stars terror striker, Yahaya Mohammed is certain of being crowned goal king in this season's Ghana Premier League.

Yahaya Mohammed has declared his intentions throughout the season of claiming the gong for the first in his career and was a thorn in the flesh of the defenders of relegation threatened side Techiman City as he registered his name on the scoresheet with a sublime finish to take his tally to 15 goals despite missing a penalty in their 4 nil win at the Nana Agyeman Badu Park in Dormaa.

And speaking after the match, Yahaya said, "I'm positive that I'll be crowned the goal king. I've worked hard for it and it will delight me to win such an accolade for the first time in my career."

"The first half was pretty easy for us because we put so much pressure on them and they could not contain our speed. This is the first time we have claimed top spot this season and I believe with two games to finish, if we can replicate this performance there's no doubt we cannot win the league." He said.

Aduana Stars sit top of the league log with 48 points, same as Wa-All Stars who occupy second spot and the two teams will square off in midweek at the Wa stadium.
