Asante Kotoko will go into matchday 25 of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season as league leaders following their 2-1 comeback win against Ebusua Dwarfs.
The Porcupine Warriors on Thursday hosted the Crabs at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium.
In what was a matchday 24 encounter of the ongoing Ghanaian top-flight league campaign, Ebusua Dwarfs took the lead in the 24th minute through a strike from Dennis Nkrumah Korsah.
Staging a spirited fight from there on, Asante Kotoko managed to win 2-1 at the end of the exciting contest courtesy of a brace from in-form winger Emmanuel Gyamfi.
As a result, the Reds have stayed top of the Ghana Premier League table and will be booming with a lot of confidence when they take on Liberty Professionals.
Another win will see Asante Kotoko increase their chances of winning the Ghana Premier League title at the end of the season.
