Accra Great Olympics have recorded an important 4-3 win against King Faisal at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in a Match Week 8 fixture of the ongoing 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
The two clubs were reinstated into the top-flight when the new Ghana Football Association (GFA) assumed office. Facing off for the first time this season, the two former lower division clubs produced a 7 goal-thriller.

King Faisal who was reduced to ten men at some point got their goals courtesy a brace from Ibrahim Osman and Yahaya.
The win now sees Olympics improving their standings of the division. The club currently sits 10th on the standings of the Ghana Premier League.
