The result leaves Karela United on 8th in the league standings with 37 pints after 26 matches played so far.

"I'm very happy for my boys, they worked hard. I told you, the tactical approach is there but it takes players to work so hard for it to happen or work and our plan worked so I give credit to the players," coach Mensah said after the game.

"Tactically we came with a game plan but is just unfortunate and I don't think that was a read card because we saw him, he slipped, wasn't careless and wasn't a foul play so is just unfortunate. The boys have done well."

Karela United will  face Bibiani Gold Stars on match week 27 of the league this weekend.
