2021 Ghana Premier League: Abednego Tetteh set to make Hearts debut against Inter Allies

Published on: 29 November 2020

Hearts of Oak striker Abednego Tetteh is set to make his league debut against Inter Allies on Sunday.

The 30-year-old joined the Phobians in the last transfer window, however, he is yet to make a competitive appearance for the club.

The former Bechem United goalscorer missed the opening game against Ashanti Gold after he reportedly tested positive for COVID-19. He has been named in the Hearts squad after producing a negative result.

Tetteh is expected to partner Kwadwo Obeng Junior, who scored twice in their opening game of the season in attack.

Hearts go into the fixture sitting three places above the Capelli Boys even though they've played just one game.

Last season, the both sides played out a 1-1 draw at the Accra Sports stadium due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic.
