2021 Ghana Premier League: Great Olympics v Medeama matchday 18 preview

Published on: 02 April 2021

Great Olympics aim to get their second round off to a great start as they host Medeama at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday evening.

The Oly Dade boys have shown massive improvement since the start of the season, challenging Karela United to the top spot.

Currently, the Accra-based outfit are 2nd on the log with 30 points.

Medeama have also been no pushovers. Despite starting the campaign slowly, the Mauve and Yellows eventually became a tough opponent for every side.

But, with the exit of Samuel Boadu, the Tarkwa-based side would have to do more to maintain their form.

This is why they chose Yaw Preko, a former Great Olympics coach to help the team win. They are currently 5th on the log with 27 points.
