Ghana coach, Milovan Rajevac believes Ethiopia deserve their results against Black Stars.

The Walias held the four-time African champions to a 1-1 draw game in the matchday five games of the 2022 Fifa World Cup at the Orlando Stadium.

Andre Ayew broke the deadlock with a beautifully struck free-kick.

However, the Ethiopians cancelled out Ghana's lead in the second half through Getaneh Kebede.

Despite the frustrating results, the Serbian trainer believes his opponents deserve their results.

"First I want to congratulate my boys for fighting very hard," he told the Ghana FA website site.

"We were expecting a very tough match today and I want to congratulate the Ethiopian team for a very good performance today, they deserve this result," he added.

The Black Stars after the draw sit 2nd with 10 points and will have to win against South Africa in the final Group G games on Sunday at the Cape Coast Stadium.

The game has been scheduled to kick off at 19:00GMT.
