The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has released the fixtures for the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
The fixtures and dates for every round have been announced today, Monday, July 31.
In the full fixtures released by the Ghana FA, the first Ga Mantse derby of the season will be played during Week 16.
Self-acclaimed landlords of Accra, Great Olympics will host Hearts of Oak in the clash at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The top fixture will be played on Sunday, December 25.
Both teams as always will fight for not just the three points but the bragging rights as well.
For the opening weekend of the season, defending champions Medeama Sporting Club will take on Accra Lions in a clash scheduled to be staged in Tarkwa.
Meanwhile, giants Asante Kotoko will host newly-promoted side Heart of Lions at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Elsewhere in Tamale, Real Tamale United will welcome Hearts of Oak on the opening weekend of the new Ghana Premier League season.
The full fixtures confirm that the first Super Clash of the new season will also be played during Week 14 when Hearts of Oak welcomes Asante Kotoko to the Accra Sports Stadium.
Having lost one and drawn the other Super Clash last season, Asante Kotoko will be determined to overcome the Phobians next season.
