Nsoatreman FC made their home advantage count after beating Real Tamale United in the Ghana Premier League week 10 encounter.

In a highly competitive clash, the Nsoatre-based club hosted the Pride of the North at the Nana Koramansah Park on Sunday.

Nsoatreman FC cruised to a 2-0 win to merit the three maximum points against Real Tamale United. The host opened the scoring after just 23 minutes into the game through Mohammed Abdul Rahman as they went to recess with the advantage.

RTU were reduced to ten men in the second half after Baba Kushibo received the marching orders in the 60th minute. The Pride of the North had to play the remaining 30 minute with ten men.

Nsoatreman FC sealed victory in the additional minute of the game to ensure they are back to winning ways after back to back defeats in the Ghanaian top-flight.

Before this game, Nsoatreman FC had suffered defeat to Great Olympics and Medeama in an outstanding Ghana Premier League game.

Nsoatreman FC are currently on top of the league table with 19 points, one point ahead of Aduana Stars, who plays on Monday.
