The Black Stars continue with preparations ahead of the 2033 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola.

The four-time African champions face Palancas Negras on Thursday in a match many expect to be difficult as both sides seek to maintain their unbeaten start to the qualifiers.

The team opened camp on Monday at the Accra Sports Stadium to prepare for the doubleheader against Angola. Ghana held their first training session with eight players.

Chris Hughton named 25-man squad for the AFCON qualifiers this month but Tariq Lamptey has been ruled out due to injury, with FC Koln defender Kingsley Schindler replacing him.

Schindler who is yet to cap for the Black Stars arrived in Ghana on Monday night to join his teammates for the qualifiers.

17 players have reported to camp, with other players expected to join their teammates this morning before the team depart to Kumasi later in the day.
