According to him, Ghanaians must support Otto Addo and his team to ensure Ghana secures victory in the Mali game.

Speaking to Onua TV, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu said a defeat for Ghana will pressure the team in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification process.

“The most important thing is to support the team and hope we don’t lose against Mali, else a win for Comoros in the other game will bring pressure on the team,” Agyemang Badu said.

The Black Stars will take on Mali in a Group I encounter in the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Thursday, June 6.

Subsequently, Ghana will host the Central African Republic at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on June 10.

The Black Stars are heading into the two games with one win and one defeat from the first two matches.

This leaves Ghana fourth on the Group I standings.
