Black Stars defender Harrison Afful has returned to full scale training on Thursday after missing out on Wednesday due to illness.
The 30-year-old defender played the entire duration of Ghana's opening Africa Cup of Nations game against the Cranes of Uganda on Tuesday but couldn't make it to the recovery session the following day hence allowed a rest.

On Thursday, the Columbus Crew right-back was spotted training alongside his Black Stars teammates ahead of Mali Clash.
