Hard working midfielder, Afriyie Acquah was on the scoresheet for the first time this season to earn Torino a 1-1 draw at Sampdoria on Saturday but was shown a red card for double booking.
The Black Stars midfielder who was handed a starting role had his shot at the edge of the box deflect into the net for the equalizer in the 25th minute.
Sampdoria midfielder, Lucas Torreia had put the home side ahead on 11 minutes.
Afriyie Acquah was booked on the 45th minutes and was shown the second yellow card in the 73rd minute.
He was making his 12th league appearance of the season.
Torino are currently occupying the 9th position with 33 points.
