Ivorian international Ahmed Toure has revealed that he will be open to playing alongside Asante Kotoko striker Sogne Yacouba.
The AS Vita Club striker has been linked with a return to the Ghana Premier League with a return to his former club, Kotoko still on the cards. He is also said to be a transfer target of Accra Hearts of Oak who are in the market for a prolific striker to help turn around their poor start to the season.
In an interview with Kumasi-based FOX FM, Ahmed Toure has opened up on his admiration for Sogne Yacouba while indicating that he will enjoy playing together with the Burkinabe.
“Yacouba is a very good player and I will like to play together with him, besides, imagine Ahmed Toure playing for Hearts of Oak against Yacouba at Kotoko, the market value of the match will go high, it will even draw people to the stadium”, the goal monger shared.
