The Premier League’s all-time top scorer Alan Shearer has left out high-flying Mohammed Kudus out his Team of the Season so far.
The Englishman didn’t see the performances of the 23-year-old Ghana star worth a place in his best eleven as the Premier League enters the second half.
Mohammed Kudus has been a revelation for the Hammers since his summer switch from Ajax in the Dutch league.
He has scored 6 Premier League goals in just 10 games he has started and is fast becoming a key figure for David Moyes’ West Ham United.
Mohammed Kudus has been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month for December after scoring four goals in six games in the month under review but Shearer did not see all that worthy to get him a place in his team of the season so far.
He has named Egypt’s Mohamed Salah, Kudus’ West Ham United teammate Jarrod Bowen, and Arsenal’s William Saliba.
Mohammed Kudus has just joined his Black Stars teammates ahead of their trip to Ivory Coast for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
