Assistant coach for the Black Stars, George Boateng has waved into Mohammed Kudus’ uncertain future at Ajax in Amsterdam, Holland.

The talented forward has struggled for playing time this season and has grown frustrated.

Before the summer transfer window closed, Mohammed Kudus was a transfer target of a number of clubs and tried to push to leave the club.

Speaking to Joy Sports on the player’s situation, George Boateng said he is unsure whether it is time for the attacker to move from Holland or not.

According to the Black Stars tactician, the technical team only wants to see the star youngster play more games.

“In terms of Kudus, we don’t know the ins and outs of everything but all we do now is there have been an interest from a different club from the UK. I think he is developing very well,” Mohammed Kudus said.

The attacker continued, “He is a country where football is of high level and I am sure if you speak to Mo [Kudus] he would say that he learnt a lot in his time at Ajax.

“Whether it’s time for him to leave I am not quite sure but all we would like to have is for Mohammed Kudus to play more games.”
