Ghanaian giants, Asante Kotoko has requested for the postponement of all Ghana Premier League games until its outstanding game between Ashantigold SC is honoured.

The Porcupine Warriors were supposed to take on the miners in their matchday 29 encounter at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.

But the game was postponed at the last minute by the Ghana Football Association whilst the team had arrived in Obuasi.

The postponement of the game was announced on Wednesday night after the Ghana Police Service had raised an alarm over security threat should the game come off at the Len Clay Sports Stadium following Ashantigold’s demotion.

In a statement released by Kotoko, they have asked the Ghana FA to postpone all matches until the Ashantigold game is played.

They have also requested for the refund of the cost incurred.
