Asante Kotoko settles Daniel Darkwa’s surgery bill

Kumasi Asante Kotoko has finally paid for the surgery of their defender Daniel Darkwa according to multiple reports.

The former Aduana stars defender who sustained injury three months ago was waiting for the club to pay 10,000 for his surgery, but the club was reluctant and delayed the payment of the cost but has finally paid for it.

However, the club has paid the full amount and the player will undergo surgery in the coming days at the Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital.

The 23-year-old defender joined Kotoko at the beginning of the season after seven seasons at Aduana stars.

Darkwa was part of Maxwell Konadu's team that won the 2018 WAFU tournament hosted in Ghana.
