Ghana Premier League side, Asante Kotoko are on the verge of landing a new sponsorship deal with Ghacem Ghana and Absa Bank according to media reports.
Nana Yaw Amponsah, who is now the new Chief Executive Officer of the club has vowed to bring on board more corporate sponsorships.
With Goil, MTN, Hollard Insurance and Paradise Pac Mineral Water still remain as the sponsors of the club, Mr Amponsah is now bringing on Ghacem and Absa as the sponsors of the club.
The 12 member board were tasked by Manhyia to rebrand the club to attract corporate sponsorship and project the image of the club following their inauguration.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko will represent Ghana in next year's CAF Champions League.
Nana Yaw Amponsah has been awarded a three-year deal by the board of directors of the club.
