Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce has spoken of missing out on Chelsea pair Izzy Brown and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Bruce lamented the Chelsea's desire to send their talented starlets to other Premier League side, rather than allow them to drop down to the Championship.
"We've missed out on a few," he admitted to the Birmingham Mail. "The problem is, the big clubs like Chelsea and United (among others) want their players to be playing in the Premier League to see how they perform.
"One or two loan options is always a key. When I was Hull, we used the loan market very well and even last year we saw how David Wagner at Huddersfield used it well. They had two, three, four players and it helped them a lot."
