Speaking to the Russia n media ahead of the match, Grant said, “We played a game on Saturday and had to come to Russia right afterwards. We did not have enough time to train but I am confident my boys will give a good game.

“The Russia team is new because only seven of the players that played the Euros are still with the squad. They have a new coach and have played only one game so far under him.
