Barcelona are refusing to go close to Liverpool's current valuation for Philippe Coutinho.
Barca were to send a delegation to Merseyside in the next fortnight to attempt to reopen negotiations with Liverpool for the midfielder. However, they're now counting on his agents to make the offer.
Coutinho remains determined to move to the Nou Camp, having demanded a transfer last summer.
Sport says Barca will make a new offer - but it won't get close to the €150m valuation of Liverpool.
Instead, Barca will only do business with Liverpool in January for a 'fair price' and won't go higher than €100m for Coutinho. If Liverpool refuse, Barca will go elsewhere, indeed they're already working on alternatives.
