Barnet FC honoured former Ghanaian striker Junior Agogo during Torquay United clash

Barnet FC honoured former Ghanaian striker Junior Agogo ahead of their 2-2 draw against Torquay United on Monday night.

Agogo, 40 died last Thursday at a hospital in London after battling with stroke for two years after announcing his retirement form football.

Barnet, who paid tribute to the player via their Twitter handle honoured Agogo by observing a minute silence and displaying his photos on the scoreboard.

The Bees came from two goals down to earn a point at home to Torquay in the National League thanks to Jack Taylor's late strike which snatched a 2-2 draw.

Torquay looked on course for a third-straight win as they went in at half-time two goals up following goals from Jean-Yves Koue Niate and Armani Little.

However, the home side fought back after the interval and pulled a goal back through Ephron Mason-Clark's effort.

Taylor scored an 88th-minute equaliser to earn a vital point for the Bees.
