Bayern Munich coach Carlo Ancelotti says staying at AC Milan is the right decision for Gigio Donnarumma.
The goalkeeper is on the brink of agreeing to a new deal with Milan after resuming negotiations last week.
Ancelotti has praised Donnarumma for the U-turn, stating: "The final choice is the right one, it's the team that raised him, it's the ideal environment for him, he wants to achieve great goals with the Rossoneri, as it depends on him to take the legacy of (Gigi) Buffon."
The Serie A coaching veteran was also asked for his title tips.
"Juventus are still number one favorites, but Inter and Milan are there. Milan had to change a lot and their signings have been smart. They did not sign a €100 million player, but have invested in more players."
