Berekum Chelsea Head Coach Hesse Odamtten has disclosed  the tactical planning which earned his side a point against Asante Kotoko on match day two of the on-going 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

The Blues bagged a late equaliser to deny the Porcupine Warriors all three points in their game on Sunday at the Golden City Park.

Emmanuel Keyekeh broke the deadlock for the Reds in the 15th minute but Emmanuel Clottey's effort in stoppage time ensured the sharing of the spoils at end of the game.

Speaking after the game, coach Odamtten said he had to make a tactical tweak to his formational lineup and that paid off.

“Yeah [the game has been worth it]. From the start I was playing 4-2-1-3 and we were down. In the second half, I realized that I had to change the tactics and play 4-4-2 using the wings and then it worked,” coach Odamtten disclosed.

"Now we will plan match after match."

Berekum Chelsea have picked up two points from their opening two games and will face Ebusua Dwarfs next.
