Turkish giants Beşiktaş have decided to complete Bernard Mensah's transfer from Kayserispor as soon as possible and then shift attention to Emre Demir, a team mate of Mensah, footballghana.com can exclusively report.
Footballghana.com understands that Beşiktaş are already locked in negotiations with Kayserispor for Mensah and the deal will be done soon.
It is their plan that after the deal is completed, they will focus on Demir, a 16 year old Turkish attacking midfielder who can also play very well on the wings. The youngster has made 11 appearances in the Super Lig this season and has scored one goal.
In the case of the Ghanaian, Beşiktaş wants him to dominate the central midfield position from next season. He has scored three goals and made eight assists in 20 Super Lig matches this season.
The former Atletico Madrid midfielder has a contract with Kayserispor until June 2022 and is valued at 2.4 million euros according to transfermarkt.
