Besiktas makes final offer of 1.2 million Euros annual wage to KP Boateng

Footballghana.com can report that Besiktas has made a final offer of 1.2 million Euros annual salary to Kevin-Prince Boateng as they seek to secure his permanent signing for next season.

The German-born Ghanaian international joined the Turkish Super Lig giants in the winter transfer window for a 6-month loan spell from Italian Serie A club Fiorentina.

After impressing in his first six matches for the side, they are now ready to exercise the option to make his stay permanent after June 30.

In line with that, they commenced negotiations in the last couple of months to wrap up a deal even before the summer transfer window comes around.

KP Boateng is supposed to earn 1.7 million Euros per his loan contract in case it is made permanent but due to financial constraints as a result of the Covid-19 crisis, Besiktas says they can only pay 1.2 million Euros.

Despite stating that he feels good in Turkey, it is unclear whether he will agree to the pay cut to accept the offer or not.
