Ahmet Nur Çebi, the president of Beşiktaş has disclosed the current wages of former Barcelona star Kevin-Prince Boateng.
Several reports indicated that the Ghanaian was on very expensive wages at the Turkish giants after his loan deal was completed from Fiorentina. The Beşiktaş boss has refuted those reports.
"We are negotiating with the high-paid football players. The contract is not high, as it is said. It takes 325 thousand euros for 6 months. In other words, the annual fee is around 600 thousand euros," he told CNN Turk.
When asked about the situation on Kevin-Prince Boateng's extension, he disclosed that it will be announced when everything is done.
"We will wait for the end of July for the transfer. We will meet in the process, we will announce it to you."
