Big spending AC Milan to offer €70M for Real Madrid striker Morata

AC Milan are willing to pay what it takes to bring Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata back to Serie A.

Having raided Juventus for Leonardo Bonucci last week, Milan are now going for his former Bianconeri teammate Morata, says Gazzetta dello Sport.

Milan have already tabled Morata a contract offer worth €10 million-a-year - and are willing to go to €12 million-a-year to convince the Spaniard.

And a bid of €70 million is set to be tabled to Real in the coming days.

After seeing a move to Manchester United fall through a fortnight ago, Madrid sources insist Morata remains determined to leave Real this summer. Interestingly, Morata's wife Alice, an Italian, is eager to relocate to Milan this year.
