Black Stars management committee to meet on March 9

The Black Stars management committee is set for a meeting on Thursday, March 9, 2023, according to Kumasi-based Kessben FM.

The meeting will discuss a chunk of issues relating to the Black Stars ahead of the 2023 AFCON qualifier against Angola.

Ghana will host Angola on March 23 before the reverse fixture in Luanda on March 27.

According to reports, the committee is set to ring changes to the Chris Hughton’s led technical team of the Black Stars.

The former Brighton boss was appointed to replace Otto Addo who resigned after the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

He will be assisted by Didi Dramani and George Boateng who also served under Otto Addo.

It is said that Richard Kingston will be relived off his position as the goalkeepers’ trainer of the team. The 44-year-old will be replaced by an expatriate goalkeepers’ coach.

Meanwhile, the former Administrative manager of Dreams FC, Ameenu Shadow is all set to be appointed as the Team Manager of the Black Stars.

The new technical of the Black Stars will be announce in the coming days.
