Ghana midfielder, Abdul Salis Samed is confident that the Black Stars will do better in the future.

According to him, the national team could not achieve its goals at the 2022 FIFA World Cup because the players did not know each other very well.

He is of the belief that if the current Black Stars squad is kept together, the young talented team will make the country proud very soon.

“I think to me we are now building the team. We are young boys and we are learning and we don’t know each other more. If we knew each other more we could do more,” Abdul Salis Samed said in an interview with 3Sports.

The RC Lens midfielder added, “If they could keep the team or bring other players doing well in their team we will do well. We have the qualities and if we continue to play we will do well. I think this team is very solid.”

The youngster played all three matches at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He has been tagged as one of the best Ghana players at the Qatar tournament.
