Italian Serie B outfit, AC Monza has announced that they have completed the signing of Kevin-Prince Boateng in the ongoing summer transfer window.
This comes on the back of an earlier report by footballghana.com last week which had confirmed that the club and the player has agreed to a deal.
Today, the Serie B club has officially unveiled KP Boateng as its 11th signing of the transfer window to provide a squad boost for the 2020/2021 football season.
“AC Monza announces that it has definitively acquired Kevin-Prince Boateng from Fiorentina, who has signed a contract until 30/6/2021, with the option of renewal for the second year, subject to certain conditions.
“The 11th purchase of the red and white summer is a player with a prestigious curriculum, with experiences in Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham and Barcelona, among others”, a club statement has said today.
KP Boateng joins the club with a lot of experience and will be expected to play a key role to help the team in its quest to gain promotion to the Serie B.
