Ghana Premier League giant, Hearts of Oak have successfully completed talks to sign highly-rated defender Konadu Yiadom.
The Phobians have followed the player in hopes of securing his signature since last season when it became evident that he is one of the best Centre-backs in the Ghanaian top-flight league.
At the end of the first round of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season, Hearts of Oak almost signed Konadu Yiadom but the deal could not be completed,
Finally, the club has this summer succeeded in convincing the defender to join from WAFA SC. The player and his agent on Monday evening held the final talks with the top hierarchy of Hearts of Oak to wrap up the deal.
Prior to reaching the deal, sources report that there were attempts by Asante Kotoko to hijack the deal.
Unfortunately, the club was not successful because Konadu Yiadom was bent on signing for Hearts.
