CAF Champions League: Asante Kotoko’s game against RC Kadiogo in Benin to be played behind closed doors

Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko game against RC Kadiogo will be played behind closed doors in Benin.

The Porcupine Warriors begin their CAF Champions League campaign against the Burkinabe side on Monday.

RC Kadiogo will play home away from home when they take on the Ghana Premier League champions at the Mathieu Kerekou Stadium in Cotonou, Benin in the first leg of the preliminary round.

The much-anticipated clash will take place at 4pm.

Meanwhile, the return fixture has been scheduled to take place at the Baba Yara Stadium after the CAF Club Licensing Department had granted Asante Kotoko to use permission to use the said venue for home matches.

The return leg will be officiated by Ivorian referee Patrick Tanguy Jean Phillipe Vlei.

He will be aided by Koabenan Prosper Adiouman and Kalidou Bamba, as well as Kouassi Frederic Francois Biro.

The Match Commissioner will be Gambia's Langtombong tombong Tamba, and the COVID- 19 Officer will be Christiana Baah.
